Core Strength

Your Core muscles are in your torso attached to the

  • spine
  • pelvis

Core muscles support the scapula creating a solid base of support. Strong core muscles correct posture imbalances that can lead to injuries.

Exercises that develop core strength include:
  • push-ups and crunches
  • Pilate's exercise
  • yoga

Hey!! I just did the 20 minute of it and I feel great! Wonderful workout - although, at 36 lbs overweight, I "can" feel seeing results in as little as two weeks! The diet guide is also helpful - won't follow it to the 'T' but will try to eat more protein than not.

Thanks for the fun and motivating workout!! Flat belly, here I come!
